OATS Outstanding Athletic Training Service Award

*The purpose of this award is to recognize those Certified Athletic Trainers who have and are making a significant contribution at the local level of their time and energy to OATS.

*The Educator Award will be announced at the OATS annual business meeting at the NWATA Symposium in March.

*The winner of this award will automatically be nominated for the same award on the district level (NWATA).

DEADLINE for nomination is October 31

Guidelines:
     1. Any member in good standing of OATS
     2. Recognized by peers for years of dedicated service

Nomination:
Any member in good standing of OATS or any student engaged in an educational program within the state may submit the award nomination form.
